Paul Santos is an accomplished entrepreneur who has successfully co-founded and grown six companies to profitability across a variety of industries, exiting twice. His first exit was with Indio, an integrated marketing communications company that was acquired by Dentsu. His second was with Vertex Solutions, a customer service and technical supportcompany granted Pioneer Status by the Philippine’s Board of Investments that was acquired by Alorica.Paul is also a Partner at Siemer Ventures, a cross border, early stage fund and leads its investments from Singapore. He has led the investment into and/or sits on the Board of Directors of AppAddictive, Ayannah, Frenzoo and TradeSparq.Prior to the partnership with Siemer Ventures, Paul was Managing Partner at Tholons Capital, a seed stage investment firm that focused on IT-enabled service companies that leveraged the two leading outsourcing destinations in the world, India and the Philippines. He was also President for Asia for Tholons, a leading boutique advisory firm focused on the globalization and outsourcing of services. Tholons works with buyers, suppliers, investors and government and trade organizations around the world that seek to benefit from the globalization and outsourcing of technology-enabled services.Paul started his career in Brand Management with Procter & Gamble where he led one of its flagship brands to achieve record levels in revenue, share and profit as well as image ratings. He graduated with a BS in Management Engineering from the Ateneo de Manila University with a Joint Minor in International Management from the University of Antwerp, Belgium. He is also a member of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) and is part of its Asia Bridge Forum (ABF).
