LU Innovation has two sections: one a part of the public authority and the other a holding company, which function as one unit with a joint mission and joint management.LU Innovation is led by the board of the holding company and the steering group of the public authority section. The members of the two bodies are identical - see board members. The operations are led by Director of Innovation Linus Wiebe, who is both MD of the holding company and head of the public authority section.
