He is also a board director for Creative Technology Ltd, a publicly-listed company in Singapore, Centillium Communications, Inc, Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing Ltd, GRIC Communications Inc., ActivCard Corp, Gemplus International S.A., and Thunes, a private payments startup Kheng Nam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Degree (First Class Honors) from Queen's University, Canada and a Master of Science degree in Operations Research & Systems Analysis from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School.
