He has board experience from more than 20 companies, including Zmags in the current Northcap portfolio.Back in 1997, Kim entered the ICT industry joining Oracle Denmark as a senior executive responsible for the Service operation. As Vice President/COO in SAP Nordic he was the architect and driver behind a successful transformation and was responsible for the Nordic operation. Following this he moved to SAP’s headquarter in Walldorf, driving a transformation program within the entire organization.Before entering the ICT industry, Kim spent 12 years in management consulting – seven of these as partner. As Senior Partner & CEO in SMG Consulting Group, Kim was responsible for the subsidiary in Denmark. In addition to this, he had a global responsibility for SMG’s business transformation practice. In Deloitte Consulting, Kim spent seven years, two of which as a partner, responsible for a competence area called performance improvement.Recognized for his growth and internationalization skills within the industry, Kim has been a faculty member at CBS-SIMI since 2004. He has published several articles and co-authored two books: ‘Radical performance Improvements’ and ‘Strategic Development’, and his educational background includes an economic degree from Copenhagen Business School combined with a managerial education from INSEAD.Being the father of four children in their late teens and twenties, Kim is never released from his coaching duties. He spends his spare time running, hiking and playing a variety of ball games take up the time.
