This led, in 2014, to the establishment of Singapore based molecular diagnostic developer Nova Satra Dx Pte Ltd.In August 2019 Nova Satra Dx merged with another women’s health focused molecular diagnostics developer, INEX Innovations Exchange in a US$72 Million deal - creating INEX Innovate.In 2020 Mr. Black was invited to sit as Council Member of the National University of Singapore's, NUS Medicine International Council and in 2022 was selected as EY Singapore Entrepreneur of the Year - Biotechnology
