John is a member of the board of directors of Nike (NKE), FiREapps, Scout Analytics, Datasphere, Motif Investing, Splunk (SPLK), Opscode, Parse and Tier 3. He was also a board member of Heroku, which was sold to Salesforce.com in 2010, and Xensource, acquired by Citrix in 2007.John received his BA in accounting from the University of Montana. He also received the Distinguished Alumni Award from the University of Montana.
