Jane Podbelskaya is a Senior Associate on our Investment Team. She executes due diligence process for new investments, supports deal sourcing, and provides board level support for portfolio companies, with a focus on operational aspects and on financial management, including SaaS metrics and KPIs. In addition, Jane actively works with our portfoliocompanies consulting with them on all areas related to customer success. These include maximizing customer retention and upsell, optimizing organizational structures, choosing and configuring the right tools, and developing the appropriate KPIs and incentives.Prior to joining Georgian Partners, Jane worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company, where she helped organizations define their strategy, enhance their operating model, optimize their organizational structure and improve customer loyalty. Jane started her career as a software engineer, and worked as a solutions architect at Xerox, specializing in business process automation and outsourcing. During her tenure at Xerox, she designed and implemented numerous systems for banking, insurance, mining, education and healthcare clients around the world. She also played a key role in launching Xerox’s first document imaging center in Canada.Jane holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and an Masters’ degree in applied mathematics and computer science from Moscow State University.
