In 2011 he completed the sale of micro-display manufacturer Forth Dimension Display to Kopin Corp (Nasdaq: KOPN) and in 2012 the sale of privacy data software company Garlik to Experian. Ivan holds a degree in finance and business from the Università Bocconi in Milan, Italy and an MBA from INSEAD, in France.He is fluent in English, French, Italian and Spanish. In his spare time he enjoys salt water fishing more than anything else.
