During his career in the solar and utility power field, Wenger has authored dozens of papers and public policies to mainstream solar power and developed software programs and tools still in use today. Wenger holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an M.S. in Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
