Henry was elected Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at KeyCorp in September 1996, President in May 1997 and Chief Executive Officer in February 2001. Henry was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors at KeyCorp in May 2001. Henry received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Econometrics from Colgate University in 1972 and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard University in 1978. Meyer is Chairman of the Board of the Greater Cleveland Partnership and is a Board Member of University Hospitals Health System, Inc., as well as pastChairman of the Board of Directors of both University Hospitals Health System, Inc. andUniversity Hospitals of Cleveland. Henry is an immediate past Member of the Board of Directors at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and currently serves on the Federal Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve System. Henry serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Continental Airlines, Inc. Henry and his wife Jane have three sons.
