He guided the company to a successful acquisition by American Micro Systems. Jerry is also a founding member of the Band of Angels, an organization that actively invests in early-stage companies. The Band constitutes over 160 members comprised of Silicon Valley-based technology executives.Jerry is currently a member of the World Presidents Organization (WPO) and a former member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). Jerry has served on the boards of directors of over 20 companies, both public and private, including NASDAQ companies Evans & Sutherland, Cepheid Systems, Ikos Systems, Identix Corporation, and Keynote Systems.
