(formerly Replidyne, Inc.) from 2004 to February 2009, Exelixis, Inc. from 1996 to 2003. Dr. Duyk holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Wesleyan University and Doctor of Philosophy and Medicine degrees from Case Western Reserve University.
