Gal enjoys investing and helping entrepreneurs to build companies at their earliest stages. Gal led several Pre-Seed® investments, including that of BigBand Networks. He worked with the founders from inception through its growth to a global leader in the Video Networking space. BigBand went public on NASDAQ, and was later acquired by ARRIS. Mr. Israely was previously a Managing Director in the High Tech Investment Banking group of Bear Stearns in NY, where he worked with high-tech companies including TechData, Vishay, Adaptec, MRV, Tower and MEMCO. Prior to that, Mr. Israely held various managerial, financial and operational positions in a small agriculture related firm.
