He then joined Bain & Company in 1999 as part of the private equity practice, where he participated in several consulting assignments guiding the engagement strategy of major funding institutions.Frederic is a Knight of the Order of Merit and the Arts & Humanities, and Commander of Wissam Al-Aouite of the Kingdom of Morocco. Since October 2011, he has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Ecole nationale supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris.
