Doorway Capital is an independent provider of risk capital to law firms. It offers facilities of between £50,000 and £20 million to firms authorized by the SRA to practice law in England and Wales. These facilities can be used to fund disbursements, acquisitions, lock-up, tax liabilities, or anything else. It also purchases paid disbursements fromlaw firms for up to 80% of their face value. These means capital earning little or no return can be redeployed into more profitable activities of the firm or returned to its partners.Doorway Capital was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in London, England.
