Carty was a member of the boards of directors of Hawaiian Holdings Inc., the sole owner of Hawaiian Airlines, Inc., from July 2004 until February 2007 and again from April 2008 until May 2011, Barrick Gold Corporation, a gold mining company, from February 2006 until December 2013, Dell Inc., a computer technology company, from December 1992 until November 2013 and Gluskin Sheff and Associates, a wealth management firm, from June 2006 until December 2006 and again from April 2008 until May 2011. Carty brings to our board of directors significant expertise in the airline industry from previous executive leadership positions. In addition, Carty’s experience as a director of public companies provides the board of directors with valuable insights to assist in achieving our goals.
