David has worked with Vector Capital portfolio companies, including WatchGuard, Precise Software and Savi Technology. Early in his career, David was also a CPA with PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Silicon Valley office.David has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
