David's efforts focused on companies in the software, SAAS and IT security sectors; he also has experience with tech-enabled services and content, systems, internet, telecom, education technology, industrial technology, homeland security, biometrics, and semiconductor businesses. David has worked with Vector Capital portfolio companies, including WatchGuard, Precise Software and Savi Technology. Early in his career, David was also a CPA with PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Silicon Valley office.David has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
