From September 2007 to January 2009, Catherine Lego served as a Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of StrataLight Communications, Inc., a private company, which sells optical transport equipment. Catherine Lego joined the Board of Cosworth Group, a private United Kingdom-based precision engineering products and services company in March 2011. In 2013, Catherine Lego joined the Board of Directors for Fairchild Semiconductor serving on its Nominating and Governance, and Compensation Committees. She received a BA from Williams College and an MS in Accounting from the New York University Stern School of Business. She has previously practiced as a Certified Public Accountant with Coopers and Lybrand.
