In 2013, Catherine Lego joined the Board of Directors for Fairchild Semiconductor serving on its Nominating and Governance, and Compensation Committees. She received a BA from Williams College and an MS in Accounting from the New York University Stern School of Business. She has previously practiced as a Certified Public Accountant with Coopers and Lybrand.
