Bob has also led the technology development and implementation of self service and service improvement software and tools for both HSI and IP TV. Bob was instrumental in establishing NBTel as the first Canadian telephone company to provide internet service, and he led the technology strategy to deliver a widely respected contact center program which delivered over 10,000 seats of agent technology to world-leading contact center operators, including Fortune 500 clients.
