He also developed a niche expertise of share option plans. He managed cross-departmental transaction teams to review and propose deal structures, support negotiations, carry out legal due diligence and draft legal documents. Furthermore, he also gained work experience in the energy sector with the Procurement Department of the Power Systems Division of ScottishPower PLC.Blair was born in Scotland and has lived and worked in Scotland and Spain. He is fluent in English and Spanish.Blair studied for his honours degree in law at the University of Glasgow and Copenhagen Business School and received an MBA from ESADE Business School, Barcelona, in 2007.
