In lab-on-a-chip devices arena, Anil co-led the liver and brain-on-a-chip concepts, where his team showed malarial infections inside the liver chip (Gates foundation funded project). For his technical and business achievements, Anil won the Outstanding Contributor of the Year award at Draper for three consecutive years in a row along with "Neuroengineering Contributor of the Year" in 2012 by Lab-on-a-chip, a top micro-device engineering journal.Anil holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and an M.B.A along with a Certificate in Venture Capital and Private Equity from Harvard Business School Executive Education. Anil also actively mentors over 3 start-ups in various areas and helps entrepreneurs in financing, product development, and business development strategy.
