Andy Brown is a seasoned enterprise technology executive with over 30 years of hands-on experience running large organizations in Banking, Telecoms, Oil and Pharma. Andy has served as a member of our board of directors since October 2015. Andy was Group CTO of UBS from 2010 to 2013; Head of Strategy, Architecture & Optimization at Bank ofAmerica Merrill Lynch from 2008 to 2010; and from 2006 to 2008 the CTO of Infrastructure at Credit Suisse. Prior to that, Mr. Brown served for 10 years in various leadership roles at Merrill Lynch, including Chief Technology Architect and CIO of Direct Markets.Andy is a board member of Guidewire (GWRE), Zscaler (ZS), Pure Storage (PSTG), Digital Asset, LMRKTS and Moogsoft, and is advising a number of technology startups, including in his role as CTO in Residence at Fintech Innovation Lab in NYC. Andy holds a BSc. Honors degree in Chemical Physics from University College London.
