The bank is managed by a three-person Management Board composed of: President Wojciech Sobieraj and four Vice-Presidents, Krzysztof Czuba, Niels Lundorff, Artur Maliszewski and Cezary Smorszczewski. Alior Bank’s Supervisory Board is composed of: President Helene Zaleski, Prof. Małgorzata Iwanicz-Drozdowska, Prof. Marek Michalski, Prof. Krzysztof Obłój, PhD, and Michał Panowicz.
