William Yao is a seed investor at Ourpalm focused on Internet. In 1996, he became the general manager of China Online Beijing Branch, one of the earliest IT enterprises in China. In 2000, after associating with Isbase, the largest domestic hackerunion, he founded NSFocus Information Technology, one of the earliest enterprises in Internet security technology field in China. Under his management, he successfully brought in 3 million USD investments from Lenovo.In 2004, William founded Ourpalm Co., Ltd. As the chairman, he has led Ourpalm to a leading mobile game publisher and distributor in China after nearly four-year operation. Currently, Ourpalm has close relationships with operators, mobile game manufacturers, handset manufacturers as well as channels.
