Mr. YANG was also the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Finance of Taiwan, the Managing Director and Acting Chairman of Bank of Taiwan, the President of China Development Industrial Bank of Taiwan and an associate professor in National Chengchi University and National Chiao Tung University. He was appointed as the Group’s Independent Non-Executive Director on 1 February 2010.
