William Tang Bin also has a deep understanding and remarkable practices regarding “Combining China’s Momentum with Global Resources”. He led Fosun’s investment in Sinolife United. After Sinolife’s successful IPO in Hong Kong in 2014, William Tang cooperated with Sinolife to acquire Good Health, a New Zealand health supplement company, which is known as China’s very first overseas acquisition in that industry. While building Fosun’s strategic positioning in Health, Happiness and Wealth, the various investment teams led by William Tang have completed many more well-known oversea cases, such as AHAVA – an Israeli cosmetics company, Studio 8 – a Hollywood movie studio, and H&A – a German private bank.
