Willi Miesch is an experienced entrepreneur with focus on the MedTech segment. Since 1998 he is CEO of Medartis managing the complete operative business. He is additionally member of the Board of Medartis as well as member of the Board of the International Bone Research Association (IBRA). Before joining Medartis, he worked in various productiondepartments of Stratec Medical (Ticino), the Institut Straumann AG (Switzerland and USA). Moreover, he was a member of the Board of Management of a bicycle manufacturer being responsible for the entire technical part for several years. Willi Miesch started as a precision engineer and extended his qualifications by finishing his degree as an operations technician TS at the ABB Engineering School Baden. He completed his postgraduate studies in market-oriented Business Management at the University of Central Switzerland.
