In the professional incubators, Dr Xiao's team has set up and administrated in Pudong Software Park, Shanda R&D Center and NeoBay, nearly 300 startups have found success, among which Ximalaya, Ymatou, Qiniu and many others have become industry leaders. Wenbin has a doctorate degree in a policy of economic development, a master's degree in financial engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as an EMBA degree from China Europe International Business School.
