He received a PhD in State Administration at Moscow State University, and anE-MBA in Strategic Marketing at Stockholm School of Economics. He also holds a master Degree in Political Science from St. Petersburg State University. Vladislav was awarded a grant from MGIMO and British Petroleum (2008) for his studies. In 2012, being a VP of Marketing at Life Financial Group, Vladislav launched a Venture Capital Firm Life.SREDA, specializing in investments in FinTech.
