He has also served in the Coast Guard on both active duties and in the reserves. From 2002 to 2007, Levanthal served as a director of Graphisoft, a leading architectural software company. He also served as a director at SolidWorks from 1995 to 2002 and continues to advise the company as a consultant. Victor attended The University of Texas at Austin.
