Vander Capital Partners is a VC fund in San Francisco focused on Credit and FinTech. VCP is an investment management firm focused in two sectors: early stage and real assets. The main interest in early stage investments is in technology and innovation in real estate also known as CRETech or PropTech. Real assets investments are limited to real estate and mining. VCP has performed several early stage investments both in the USand Mexico through Vander Angel. It is also part of the GP of Mexico Ventures. Mexico Ventures has three separate investment strategies: a VC fund of funds, a VC arm and a mezzanine initiative.Vander has performed several investments in real estate through Vander Properties that include being an LP at Veritas Investments (the largest multifamily for rent owner operator in the Bay Area) a GP in Latin Americas first multifamily for rent fund as well as other single asset investments in Colombia, Mexico and Uruguay. Vander Properties has also provided consulting services to the Government of Peru, some development banks and private clients and publicly traded companies in Mexico.The company invests in mining through Vander Mining. Its currently strategy is focused on acquiring distressed gold projects or mines in Mexico and list them under one company in Canada's TSX.
