Valeria Kholostenko has almost 20 years of experience helping accelerate innovation and growth. From 2017-2018, Valeria oversaw international collaborations between organizations exploring Ethereum enabled technologies as the Head of Development and Global Community at ConsenSys New York. Valeria's passion for driving global expansion tookher to advise LUKSO Blockchain, founded by the creator of the ERC20 standard for Ethereum, with positioning, and eventually as CMO in Berlin. At Parity Technologies, Valeria focused on collaborations with Polkadot investor network, education about Polkadot, startup incubation, and corporate engagement to drive the adoption of the network. After heading up Partnerships at Reef Finance, Valeria took over the role of CMO and continued to build out the Reef ecosystem, hiring all the marketing team leads, optimizing investor realtions, and negotiations with all agency partners. Venture building has always been one of Valeria’s passions, particularly the opportunity to connect venture to promising startups. In 2020, through her expansive global venture network, Valeria raised capital for more than 15 blockchain companies built primarily on Polkadot and Polygon. Most recently Valeria lead the marketing team for one of the leading Parachains in Polkadot as CMO. Currently looking at projects with the right synergies for early 2023.
