Since 2007 he has joined Caucasus Online LLC as CFO intending to raise funds for the construction of the longest undersea cable (1,200 km) in the Black Sea, connecting directly EU countries to Georgia and its neighbouring countries with unprecedented high speed and colossal throughput bandwidth capacity for the region at that moment. Caucasus Online LLC has successfully raised up to 87 mln USD from a British-based Private equity fund and local banks in the aggregate to build up undersea and terrestrial networks.Vahan Mgebryan graduated from Oxford Brookes University with BSc in Finance & Accounting and holds a professional qualification from ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), UK, 2007
