Recently he was a senior leader at C-level in the telecom industry with more than 15 years with Ericsson, Sony Ericsson and Comverse, living and working over several continents, driving significant client centric transformations with substantial sales and profitability growth. Urban holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Management and Engineering from the Linkoping Institute of Technology in Sweden and diplomas from Columbia University in the US and Sony University in Japan.
