Previously, Mr. Wasserman served as a board member or observer for SAVVIS, Origin Digital, the Gospel Music Channel and Vivid Logic, each of which was successfully exited. Previously, Mr. Wasserman worked in the Corporate Development group at 360Networks, a global telecommunications service provider. Mr. Wasserman began his career as an investment banking analyst at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette and also served as an associate with the private equity fund, Charterhouse Group International. Mr. Wasserman received a BA in Business Administration from the University of Michigan, graduating with distinction.
