The Process Equipment division provides photoresist coating and developing machines used to manufacture liquid crystal display panels, and various semiconductor manufacturing equipment. It serves customers primarily in North America, Europe, and Asia. The company was founded in 1936 and is headquartered in Kawasaki, Japan.
