Tom was a founding member and partner at the management consulting firm Mitchell Madison Group which was a spin off from McKinsey and A.T. Kearney. He was part of the founding group that took the firm from start-up in 1993 to over 1000 professionals and 12 offices when it was sold in 1999 to USWeb/CKS. Tom began his professional career in 1987 at Morgan Stanley in technology development and investment banking.Tom holds an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth (1993), and earned a BA from Clark University, in Physics, Philosophy and Math (1987).
