Mr. Olinger was also responsible for Oracle’s controllership operations in Bangalore, India; Dublin, Ireland; Sydney, Australia; and Rocklin, California. Prior to this, Mr. Olinger spent 14 years at Arthur Andersen, the last three as an audit partner in its U.S. real estate and technology groups.
