Théodore is a member of the Investment Advisory Committee of the Virginia Retirement System, and served as secretary of the European Commission’s RESAVER Task Force for the establishment of a pan European pension fund. He earned a degree in mechanical engineering from EPFL in 1987. He also holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management 1993, and is a CFA Charterholder.
