She has an MBA from Wharton in Finance and Decision Science, and a BA in economics from Case Western Reserve University. She is currently on the Board of Directors of Biovex and an observer on Akebia, and was on the Board of Directors of Renal Solutions prior to its acquisition by Fresenius.
