In 2013, D2C Inc (Japan) - NTT Docomo Group of companies acquired a sizable stake in MCFIVA and invested into the company to expand into SEA.In 2016, he founded RISE - Corporate Innovation Powerhouse to work with over 400+ large conglomerates and governments in SEA to innovate faster through its unique corporate accelerator and intrapreneur programs. RISE is now one of the largest accelerators in SEA with 2,000+ startups having graduated from the program and combined valuation of over $2Billion.In 2018, he launched SeaX Ventures - A US-based, DeepTech VC Fund investing in exponential startups globally. Recently Band Protocol, one of his portfolio companies' valuation exceeds $1Billion.Kid holds MS in Biomedical Informatics from Oregon Health and Science University and MD from Mahidol University.
