He has extensive cross-border transactional experience, having worked with Wal-Mart on four international acquisitions, including Seiyu in Japan, Bompreço in Brazil, CARHCO in Central America and Trust-Mart in China. Stuart received an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA in Government and Economics from Cornell University. Stuart is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
