From 2003 to 2007, Stephane was Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Veolia Environnement and Chief Executive Officer at Veolia Transport and was a Member of the Board of Directors of France Telecom-Orange during this period. Between 2007 and 2009, Stéphane was Chief of Staff to the French Minister for the Economy, Industry and Employment. Stephane is a Graduate of École des Hautes Études Commerciales and École Nationale d’Administration. Stéphane is a French national.
