Previously, Steven was a Principal at Vertex Venture Capital where he lead or co-lead over 100 investments across multiple sectors. Earlier in his career, Steven spent 10 years on Wall Street at CIBC World Markets, Schroders, and Sandford Bernstein. In addition to his experience in financial institutions, he worked as a consultant for Booz Allen and co-founded a start-up. Before entering Wall Street, Steven published research as a scientific fellow at Brookhaven National Laboratory.Steven holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School in New York and received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and a B.A. in Applied Mathematics from SUNY Buffalo. Steven is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
