He serves on the Board of Trustees of Tech High School, a charter high school emphasizing science, math, and technology in urban Atlanta.In March 2004, Mr. Fleming was invited to testify before the President's Commission on Implementation of United States Space Exploration Policy (the "Aldridge Commission"); his remarks before that commission are available here.
