Her career also includes five years as an Internal Organizational Development Consultant for Citicorp in New York, as well as projects with NASA.Shula holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Tel Aviv University (Magna Cum laude), and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Education from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (Cum laude).Shula is deeply involved in community activities, and is Chairperson of the Board of the Educating for Excellence foundation, whose mission is to enable talented children from underprivileged backgrounds to reach their maximum potential, complete their high school education with excellence, and become contributing members of society.Shula has been serving on the board of trustees at the Academic College of Tel-Aviv Yaffo, and joined recently the BOD of the Taub Center for Social Policy Studies in Israel.
