Prior to his MBA, Shailesh had worked for four years in manufacturing (Heavy Engineering and Machining) with Tata Motors and ATV.Shailesh is a B.Tech in Production Engineering from G.B. Pant University, Nainital, and holds an MBA degree from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. He is on the advisory board of MICA’s (Mudra Institute of Communication, Ahmedabad) Com-Cubator program.
