At VSS, Seth led buy-side and sell-side mandates across multiple media segments including transactions for Canon Communications, Hearst, Quebecor, Reader’s Digest, and The Walt Disney Company. Seth was also intimately involved with new investment platforms for the firm's private equity fund and worked closely with CEOs and management teams on add-on acquisitions and strategic initiatives.Seth began his career in operations with business management positions at Scholastic and Simon & Schuster, a division of CBS, Inc. He has both an MBA and a B.S., Finance and International Business, from New York University.
