In 2018 Sara successfully implemented the Agile Performance Management methodology across several Keyrus locations. As a certified Clifton Strength coach, Sara helps her colleagues discover their unique contribution to their workplace, family and community, and how to leverage and maximize those contributions by reconnecting to their purpose and talents. Sara combines the perfect blend of business, functional and people focus on everything she does.
